We operate 24/7/365 working with our clients in partnership to keep their property and assets safe. The safety and security of your site is essential to keeping you continuing effectively. By outsourcing your security needs you eliminate the risk to you and your staff who could otherwise be vulnerable to violent crime or other dangers. So how does it work?
If you decided, you wanted to receive this service we would attend you site and discuss with you your needs. Together we would draft a set of Assignment instructions which would explain to attending officers exactly what they needed to do while in attendance. Once this was done we would ask you to contact your alarm receiving centre to advise them we were now you’re No 1 key holder and what procedures they needed to follow in the event of your alarm being activated (we supply a simple form for you to complete and pass to your alarm receiving centre only you can do this). We then collect two sets of keys from you, we only need a key to get into your premises and a key for the gate if applicable, all other keys if required can be collected once we are in the building. We then return to our office enter the instructions onto our devices, the instructions by the way will be unidentifiable by name or location the instruction will be recognised only by a unique number, keys will also be numbered. Our officers are advised of your contract commencing and we are ready to go, as simple as that. Normally a contract like this can be set up within 24hrs.
You do not have to worry about a thing, in the event of an alarm activation, we attend and will deal with the problem, and once we submit the report from site you will receive it. Only in the event of an emergency i.e. Fire, flood etc would we call a second key holder unless otherwise advised. We can arrange boarding up if required and we would not leave site until all is secure and the alarm reset. You will not have been disturbed, you will not have been put at any risk and you will be refreshed.
