Locking & Unlocking of Property

This service is very popular with clients who have a flexible workforce or clients who have no premises officer and need their building opening and locking for access and egress of staff. It also gives you peace of mind that your building has been checked thoroughly and secured properly. We can attend at any time on either a scheduled basis i.e. Monday to Friday or ad hoc, we can work around you. We can arrive earlier than the lock time to ensure your staff leave site safely for example monitoring staff leaving the building and walking across the car park to their vehicles when dark. This may boost staff morale as team members will appreciate the value that you place on their well being. We can also respond if staff incur problems prior to locking up such as people lurking about acting suspiciously etc.  This service can be set up very quickly either on the same day or within 24hrs, we would visit your site and draft up assignment instructions detailing what the process is to secure your property and set the alarm system, and the reverse if unlocking is required. Two sets of keys would be required to gain access and of course secure the property. Our officers would be in full uniform with their GTS Security ID and the vehicle is clearly identifiable.
