This service has become more popular within our industry over the last ten years mainly because it prevents landlords, managers or their agents from being disturbed out of normal working hours. With more and more apartments and student accommodation appearing this service assists in dealing with issues out of hours. It allows the landlords or managers to continue with their day to day activities and relax when their day is finished keeping them refreshed for the next day. Working with the landlord or manager we can agree an action plan for any event out of hours ensuring the tenant gets serviced and the landlord or manager is not disturbed unless in the case of an emergency. Under normal circumstances and dependant on the reason for the call out the landlord would normally charge the tenant for the call out therefore incurring no cost to themselves. We currently have vast experience working with Private Landlords, Managers, Student Accommodation and Block Management.

What can this service offer?

It has become increasing popular for apartments to have patrols in order for the tenants to feel secure and deter non-tenants from entering.  This can significantly reduce the cost in comparison to having an out of hours concierge

Typically, our services are required when tenants may have 

· A maintenance issue - we can assess the situation and decide if we need to call someone out or send a report enabling action to be taken the next day.

· Tenants are locked out.

· Fire panel activation.

· Noise or disturbance.

· Removing homeless people

· Any other incidents.

For all the above we can attend and resolve the issue, we operate 24/7/365 so if its night, weekend, or bank holiday it does not matter we will be there to assist. All call outs are recorded on the officer’s device and when submitted the client will receive a full report via e mail live.
